Bishop Rotary tattoo machines are made in the USA and feature a one year warranty on all parts for the original owner. If your machine has issues within one year from the date of purchase, send the tattoo machine along with your receipt following the instructions here: REPAIRS and we will fix or replace it as our technicians determine.
The Warranty is voided if you overlube or drop your machine, or if you open/tamper with the motor. It is also voided if you use non-authorized parts for repair. Additionally, due to the nature of the motor and other parts (including the finish on the metals), Bishop Machines cannot be autoclaved. Doing so will violate your warranty - we recommend cleaning your machine with cold sterilization techniques with germicidal agents like Madacide, as well as wrapping and bagging your equipment before use.
The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Bishop Rotary reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.
If it's been longer than a year - don’t worry - we still offer repairs. Bishop Rotary is Tattoo Artist Owned and we view our artists as family. Repairs aren't done for a profit here - we replace parts at just a little over our cost. Just send the machine to us after filling out our easy to use online form - once the service is paid for, well fix the machine and cover return shipping.
