🛒 Ordering & Products
Do I need to be a licensed professional to order from Girlz Ink?
Yes. Our products are intended for professional permanent makeup artists and tattoo professionals. You may be asked to verify your credentials before ordering.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Absolutely! For wholesale pricing or bulk orders, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with details on what you’re looking for.
Are your pigments vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Most of the pigment lines we carry are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Each product listing includes full ingredient and compliance details for your review.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping is available Tuesday through Thursday. Just place your order online and call us immediately at (702) 809-8237 with your order number to request a quote. Orders must be placed and called in before 1PM PST for same-day processing.
Will my order require a signature at delivery?
All orders over $200 (without shipping protection), all first-time customer orders over $150, and all machine purchases will require a signature upon delivery. You can also request a signature for any order by leaving a note at checkout or emailing [email protected].
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
What should I do?
We recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, please email our support team with your order number—we’ll help you look into it.

I bought a course bundle on the store—when will I get access?
Enrollment for course bundles is a manual process handled by one amazing team member. Please allow 24–48 hours for access. Our office is open Tuesday–Saturday, 10AM to 6PM PST. We appreciate your patience!
