All orders must be placed directly through our website. It’s the best way to ensure accuracy, security, and a smooth checkout experience. For everyone's protection, we do not accept orders via phone, email, or DMs on social media—no exceptions.

Didn’t receive your “Delivered” package? Not only are our courses priced fairly, but they are also consistently being updated and refreshed. Just this 2023 year, Teryn filmed and uploaded her performing an Emergency Removal procedure and a small heart tattoo. Nothing gets stale around here.

1. Double-check the shipping address on your order.
2. Review the tracking—sometimes packages are left in unusual spots or held at a nearby facility.
3. Wait 12 hours (carriers sometimes mark it delivered before it actually arrives).

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
• File a claim with the carrier directly—they’re responsible once the package is in their hands.
• Email us your order number and any details you have. We’ll provide whatever documentation we can to support your claim. Li-FT® Saline Removal Solution is manufactured right here in the USA
• For quality assurance, we photograph every order before it leaves our hands. Li-FT® is made at the Li Pigments Lab in New Jersey. The Li Pigments Lab is a highly credentialed and regulated cosmetics manufacturing lab with over 25 years in the permanent makeup industry. Li-FT® went through extensive outside independent testing for purity, safety and efficacy. Li-FT® was formulated without any acids and is widely accepted by industry insurance companies.

Returned PackagesOnline Training

The LiFT® Saline Removal Online Course is an in-depth training that covers our globally recognized removal process and the safest techniques for all skin types. You'll learn how to remove pigment from eyebrows, migrated eyeliner, body tattoos, and emergency cases through full-length demo videos.
If your order gets sent back to us due to an incorrect, unclaimed, or undeliverable address, here’s what happens:

• We’ll reach out to let you know it was returned and attempt to get it in your hands with your help! The course includes one year of access, a certificate of completion, and lifetime membership to our 4,000+ member Li-FT® Support Group on Facebook. 
• If we don’t hear back within 30 days, your order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. LEARN MORE!
