Placing an Order
All orders must be placed directly through our website. It’s the best way to ensure accuracy, security, and a smooth checkout experience. For everyone's protection, we do not accept orders via phone, email, or DMs on social media—no exceptions.

We move fast around here—like, really fast—so once your order’s placed, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Order Verification/ Fraud Protection
Your security—and ours—is important. To protect against fraudulent activity, some orders may be flagged for manual review.
If we need additional information to verify your purchase (like billing confirmation or ID verification), we’ll reach out via email. Orders that can’t be verified within 3 business days may be canceled and refunded.
Girlz Ink reserves the right to cancel any order we suspect may be fraudulent or unauthorized. Thanks for understanding—we’re looking out for both sides. 💻🔒
Out of Stock Item Notifications
We do our best to keep inventory accurate and up to date, but on rare occasions, an item you’ve ordered may sell out before your order is processed.
If that happens, here’s what we’ll do:

Expedited Shipping
In a rush? We’ve got you. Expedited shipping is available Tuesday through Thursday.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Shipping rates are based on weight and rounded up to the next pound.
⚠️ Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations.
Tracking & Delivery
• You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships—so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
• It’s your responsibility to keep tabs on your delivery and grab it once it arrives.
📦 Pro tip: If your tracking shows a delivery attempt or it’s marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with your local post office or carrier facility right away.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we can’t take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments—but don’t worry, we’re still here to help however we can.
To best protect your order, we highly recommend adding Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout. It gives you peace of mind and speeds up the process if something goes wrong.
Didn’t receive your “Delivered” package?
Start here:
1. Double-check the shipping address on your order.
2. Review the tracking—sometimes packages are left in unusual spots or held at a nearby facility.
3. Wait 12 hours (carriers sometimes mark it delivered before it actually arrives).

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
• File a claim with the carrier directly—they’re responsible once the package is in their hands.
• Email us your order number and any details you have. We’ll provide whatever documentation we can to support your claim.
• For quality assurance, we photograph every order before it leaves our hands.
We know these situations are frustrating—we’re here to support you through it. 💛
Signature Requirement
To keep your goodies safe and secure, here’s when we require a signature upon delivery:
• All orders over $200 without Navidium Shipping Protection
• All first-time customer orders over $150, even if shipping protection is added
• All machine purchases, no exceptions

Returned Packages
If your order gets sent back to us due to an incorrect, unclaimed, or undeliverable address, here’s what happens:
• We’ll reach out to let you know it was returned and attempt to get it in your hands with your help!
• If we don’t hear back within 30 days, your order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Want it re-shipped? No problem, you’ll just need to cover the new shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the sterile, sealed, and professional nature of our products, all sales are final. This is how we maintain the highest safety standards for you and your clients.
We do not accept returns on:
• Pigments
• Li-FT®
• Anesthetics
• Aftercare
• Machines
• Grips, Needles, Power Supplies, Foot Pedals
Think you’ve got an exception?
We get it—every now and then, something unexpected comes up. If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed reason for the return request.
If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and provide store credit only.
Important Notes:
• Returns sent without written approval will be refused and sent back at your expense.
• Return requests must be made within 14 business days of your purchase date.
• You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Because of the sterile and professional nature of our products, we don’t offer exchanges for ordering errors or changes of mind.
We only issue replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective—and we’ll make that right ASAP.

When you purchase a course bundle through the Girlz Ink Store, please note that enrollment is a manual process handled by a real (and amazing) human.
