Velvet Milk Chocolate is a rich, warm, medium-to-dark brown eyebrow pigment that strikes the perfect balance between yellow and red undertones. This creamy formulation delivers smooth, even saturation and is ideal for clients with Fitzpatrick IV–VI who want a warm, flattering brow tone. It can also be used on Fitzpatrick III when a darker, warmer brow is desired.

Customizing Tips:

• To lighten: Mix with Brève or Lighten Up

• To darken: Add small amounts of Classic Brown, Dark Toffee, or Ebony Brown

• To add warmth: Blend with Gray Vanish
