2-Year Motor Warranty for machines purchased after Jan 1, 2023 (1-year for machines purchased prior).
Lifetime warranty on all machine body components not subject to normal wear and tear.

The machine is dropped, tampered with, or shows signs of unauthorized repair.
Ink or fluid contamination is present in internal parts.
